Regional list of test centres authorised to operate within the Regional Service for functional control and regulation of spraying machines

The Regional Service for functional control and regulation of spraying machines used for crop protection was established by Decree No 841 of 10/06/2010, in implementation of Directive 2009/128/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 21 October 2009. The criteria for the authorisation of test centres considered suitable to provide the service for functional control and regulation of sprayers, together with the methodology for providing the service, were defined by Decree No 1392 of 11/10/2010 and ssmm.ii. In implementation of this, the competent Regional Service shall ensure that these lists are updated. The current one was approved by D.D. 3366 of 09/04/2019.
