_Chemical, chemical-physical data and quantities year 2014_
__The data relating to the monitoring carried out in 2014 at stations of underground water bodies belonging to the regional network for environmental quality in accordance with DIR 2000/60/EC are presented.__
The results of the monitoring that had been carried out in the three-year period 2010-2012, together with 2013, constituted the cognitive framework regarding the state of the water bodies belonging to the regional environmental network, a fundamental element for the updating/review of the district management plans 2015-2021, useful for the assessment of the risk of not achieving the objectives envisaged.
In detail, the assessment of the status of water bodies, for the four-year period 2010-2013, was obtained by integrating the data of the three-year period 2010-2012 (classification) with the results of the monitoring carried out in 2013, conducting the review, for each water body, of the status (ecological, chemical and quantitative) already assigned at the end of the three-year period 2010-2012, in the light of the 2013 monitoring data.
The management of regional networks is carried out in close coordination with all regions belonging to the river basin district; in order to comply with the requirements of the Directive, it was necessary to carry out a re-examination of the network which for groundwater did not lead to major changes, except for certain stations which could not be sampled for various reasons; however, specific changes have been made since 2014 in relation to the body of water belonging to it.
Of course, 2014 is also a partial monitoring, given the stratification of monitoring over the tri/sentenium period for the different types of aquifer.
The results of the 2014 monitoring for the assessment of the status and for the correct classification will then have to be updated and integrated at the end of the tri/sentenium, when all the necessary information will be collected.
