Regional real estate assets — Unavailable assets

The real estate heritage owned by the Piedmont Region is divided into real estate: state property and assets (available and unavailable). Unavailable assets include the goods of the categories referred to in Article 826 of the Civil Code, as well as all other assets defined by state and regional laws. The real estate assets are made up of buildings, land, mineral waters, spas, quarries and peat bogs and is distributed in over 200 Piedmont municipalities as well as some properties respectively in the Province of Salerno, Brussels and Cordoba (ARG). The final value refers to the 31/12 of the year prior to publication, indicated in the “Year” field of the dataset
