Separate buses by municipality and Euro category — ACI data and statistics

Statistical analysis of the vehicle fleet for separate buses by municipality and Euro category of the vehicle. The statistics of the vehicle park are prepared from the data in open format made available on the portal of the Automobile Club d’Italia (ACI - https://www.aci.it/laci/studi-e-ricerche/dati-e-statistiche/autoritratto.html). The data were cut out on the Piedmont Region only and completed with the municipal and provincial ISTAT codes, for easy reading and a possible comparison with other datasets. The data, taken from the archives of the body (primary source of the statistics concerning the vehicle park is the Pra, Public automotive register) and from the analysis of the vehicle park, in this case Piedmontese, may be of interest both for the world of the economy and the environment, both for the management of the territory and for the surveys of a social nature. The publication shall be made by the ACI by October of each year with data from 31 December of the previous year.
