Standardised costs for types of public works

General description The Construction Department and Technical Service have compiled a statistics on the construction costs of public buildings. In this list are values of experience and comparisons with the incidence of construction costs per cubic meters inherent in public works. Values are updated twice a year with the ASTAT index (last update: June 2014). The following categories will be analysed: •School buildings •Professional schools •Schools of music • Boarding houses •Houses of rest •Palestre •Offices • Sanitary districts •Hospitals •Museums •Road shipyards and logistics points •VVF housings These costs can be used as reference values for new construction sites.
