State aid map 2007/2013_WGS84

By decision of 28 November 2007, the European Commission approved the new Italian Charter for national regional aid for the period 2007-2013. The approval of the Charter for State Aid, which is the only one for Italy, is a preparatory act on which depends, among other things, on the operation of some important preferential rules, such as the investment tax credit, as well as other regional aid, in the areas of the Convergence objective eligible for the derogation of Article 87.3.a and in the areas of the competitiveness objective eligible for the derogation under Article 87(3)(c) until 31 December 2013 or as phasing-out until 31 December 2008.
