The post-seismic emergency agibility assessment is a temporary and dispatchive assessment — i.e. based on expert judgement and carried out in a limited time, based on simple visual analysis and the collection of easily accessible information — to determine whether, in the presence of an ongoing seismic crisis, the buildings affected by the earthquake can be used while maintaining reasonable protection for human life.
