The dataset represents the catching points from natural and artificial surface waters. The data presented are part of the data managed in the SIRI Water Resources Information System of the Piedmont Region — Component of Water Derivations. The data are entered and updated by the Piedmontese provinces, which also own it, each for the part of the territory under its competence. The refresh rate varies in the different provinces. The following information shall be made available for each catching point: code assigned in accordance with Regional Law 22/99 — CODICE_ROC; relief code- C_RILIEVO; practical status (authorised/granting, application) — S_PRATICA; location information, in particular Province and Municipality — PROVINCIA, COMUNE; name of the river or canal and side of the shore from which the water is taken — C_IDRICO, SPONDA; period in which the levy is taken — PERIOD; maximum and average scope of concession — Q_MAX, Q_MEDIA; indication of the presence of the device for the release of the minimum vital outflow, period of release and flow rate — D_RIL_DMV, P_RIL_DMV, PORT_DMV; indications of any change in the time of release of the minimum vital outflow — MODULAZ; indications about the presence of uphill stairs for the ittiofauna — ichtiofauna; coordinates of the gripping point expressed in the reference system UTM WGS84 — UTM_X, UTM_Y.For hydropotable sockets the georeference shall not be made available.
