Technical contractual provisions 2013 valid also for 2014

This volume contains the Technical-Contractive Provisions (DTC) constituting the Special Procurement Specifications for Public Works — Part II, which has the function of regulate the execution of public works in the Autonomous Province of Bolzano — Alto Tyrol. This single text contains all the updated TCDs for the year 2013. The present Resolution replaces all those previously issued in this regard. The latter, therefore, they are no longer to be considered enforceable. In the Special Procurement Specification for Public Works — Part II, the following are indicated: technical conditions relating to the subject-matter of the contract. It is part of the an integral part of the contract, even if materially not attached, as one of the sources disciplines of conduct and measurement of works. In addition to the Instructions for the drafting of the project and the definition of the Field of application of the individual DTCs contain the technical conditions to be complied with during the the progress of the work on: Materials; building elements; Execution; Ancillary services, special services; Accounting. In addition to the DTC “General rules for construction works of any type” the this Consolidated Text contains 65 DTCs, each of which refers to a well precise processing (or group of similar processes). The objective of the DTCs is to establish the technical criteria to be followed for the correct execution of works, in relation to the needs and purposes for which the work is intended. In in this context, the regulatory references to foreign DIN, ÖNORM or other standards are from to be understood as a definition of the concept of “compliant execution”.
