This volume contains the Technical-Contractive Provisions (DTC) constituting the
Special Procurement Specifications for Public Works — Part II, which has the function of
regulate the execution of public works in the Autonomous Province of Bolzano — Alto
Tyrol. This single text contains all the updated TCDs for the year 2013. The present
Resolution replaces all those previously issued in this regard. The latter,
therefore, they are no longer to be considered enforceable.
