Dataset description
It measures the presence of artificial radioisotopes in samples of sludge and waste water (e.g. I-131, Tc-99 m,..) collected from the main urban purifiers, identified on the basis of the following criteri:1.Depuratori with more than 50000 population equivalents served (SIRAV treatment plant).2.At least one purifier per province (typically two for the most populous provinces): the utilities of BL, RO purifiers are less than 50000 ab.eq..3.Census all the purifiers serving Hospitals with Nuclear Medicine.Significance of the plants selected at provincial level identified with ORAC.
