Tourist movements in Sardinia for macro-typology of accommodation structure 2015

The dataset collects the arrivals (number of customers hosted in the accommodation establishments in the period considered) and the attendance (number of nights spent by customers in the accommodation establishments in the period considered) of tourists in Sardinia. The data are for the year 2015, and are divided by month, macro-typology of the accommodation facility, origin of the tourist (Italian region or foreign state) and overnight stay province. The data derive from communications for statistical purposes, mandatory by law, that the accommodation facilities make to the Sardinia Region. The Region then takes care of the transmission of data to Istat according to the current legal requirements.
