Plan for noise containment and abatement interventions on the Viabilita' di Interesse Regionale, pursuant to Ministerial Decree 29/11/2000, approved by DCR No 29 of 10 February 2010 and updated with DCR No 41 of 3 May 2016, published in BURT of 18 May 2016. The Plan identified the critical areas on which exceedances of the entry limits laid down in Presidential Decree No 142/2004 were estimated and assigned the priority index for the interventions to be carried out on the regional network, as indicated in Annex 1 to the Ministerial Decree, taking into account the population living in the area of noise relevance and the possible presence of sensitive receptionists.
