Dataset description

This is a WMS OGC service of the Tuscany Region dedicated specifically to the publication of the maps of the CASTORE Project (Regional Historical Catasti). The CASTORE project was carried out, in collaboration with the Tuscan State Archives, on the basis of an agreement signed with the Ministry of Cultural Heritage and Activities. The project concerned the high-resolution digital reproduction of over 12,000 19th century cadastral maps, their filing and their georeferencing.
