Within the Programme for Youth Policies — Bollenti Spiriti, the Puglia Region financed the birth of Urban Laboratories: abandoned spaces owned by municipalities that have been recovered and made available to young people. The spaces, through public notices, have been entrusted to companies and associations. The Urban Laboratories deal with different sectors and constitute a regional network of spaces at the service of young people and youth policies.
