Dataset description
To complete the project of cartography of the vegetation, which led to the creation of 14 maps relating to the territory of the Regional Parks and four other areas of natural interest, the database of vegetation surveys was produced, together with the georeferenced survey points.In addition, the vegetation survey database consists of 32,107 records for 1,433 species of the regional flora distributed in 1,511 reliefs. As the flora of Emilia-Romagna consists of about 2,500 species, the database hosts data for more than 50 % of the regional flora.
