Vulnerable zones from nitrates of agricultural origin — 2020 edition

Demarcation of vulnerable areas from nitrates of agricultural origin as foreseen: — Article 30 of the rules of the Regional Water Protection Plan (PTA) approved by the Legislative Assembly by Resolution No 40 of 21 December 2005 (B.U.R. No 20 of 13 February 2006); — decision No 49 of 21 January 2013 on ‘Confirming areas vulnerable to nitrates of agricultural origin in implementation of Article 36(7-ter) of Decree-Law No 179 of 18 October 2012, converted into Law No 221 of 17 December 2012’; — decision No 619 of 8 June 2020 on ‘New designation of zones vulnerable to nitrates of agricultural origin, implementing Directive 91/676/EEC on the protection of waters against pollution caused by nitrates from agricultural sources’.
