Demarcation of vulnerable areas from nitrates of agricultural origin as foreseen: — Article 30 of the rules of the Regional Water Protection Plan (PTA) approved by the Legislative Assembly by Resolution No 40 of 21 December 2005 (B.U.R. No 20 of 13 February 2006); — to Decree-Law No 49 of 21 January 2013 on ‘Confirming zones vulnerable to nitrates of agricultural origin in implementation of Article 36(7-ter) of Decree-Law No 179 of 18 October 2012, converted into Law No 221 of 17/12/2012’; — to DGR No 619 of 8 June 2020 on ‘New designation of zones vulnerable to nitrates of agricultural origin, implementing Directive 91/676/EEC on the protection of waters against pollution caused by nitrates from agricultural sources’; — to DGR No 309 of 8 March 2021 completing the designation of new NZVNs in compliance with the requirements of the EC
