Dataset description
Historical series since 2000 of the amount of waste collected in Milan related to: collection services, direct contributions, road waste and special waste at waste-to-energy plants. In addition, the data relating to collection services in the neighboring municipalities of Milan is presented. The quantities shall be rounded to the units and expressed in tonnes. Since 2009, for a change of classification, part of the waste previously referred to as “Recovery services from neighboring municipalities” merges into the “Direct Contributions”; some data have not been collected since 2014.
