Dataset description

R.R. No 3/2003, Article 3 of Regulation (EC) No 3/2003, governs the authorisations granted to the ‘seed production centre’ as breeding stock in which instrumental harvesting, preparation, control, packaging, storage and distribution of the semen harvested therein. This seminal material, available in the centres of our region, can be produced by other domestic or foreign seed production centres or delivery centres, both of which have an identification code.
