E-index of state institutions and municipalities

The data set provides data from the e-index of state institutions on the use and effectiveness of the e-government possibilities of institutions and municipalities in the internal work organisation of institutions and in interinstitutional processes, as well as the accessibility of the e-services provided to citizens. The aim of the e-index is to calculate and demonstrate the effectiveness of e-government in state and local government institutions, and it summarises information on the availability of open data, efficiency of internal processes of institutions, customer service and support, provision of services, communication with the public and participation. The e-Index of State and Local Government Institutions is part of the “Integrated Monitoring of Public Service Provision and End User Needs” financed from the State budget sub-programme 62.07.00 (Establishment of centralised public administration ICT platforms, optimisation and development of public administration processes) project “Public Administration Information and Communication Technology Architecture Management System” (No.2.2.1.1/16/I/001 — Public Administration Information and Communication Technology Architecture Management System (PIKTAPS)).
