Dataset description

The data set contains geospatial data layers of JSC “Latvia’s State Forests” (LVM) with data important for forestry and forest fire protection, such as forest rams, mineralised strips, water abstraction points and fixed forest fires in the period since March 2007. Areas at risk of damage to cervids have been established with the aim of anticipating possible risks of damage to cervids and planning forest protection measures in restored forest areas.
