Dataset description

. On 17 January 2017, Cabinet Regulation No 35 “Procedures for the Preparation of Information to be Included in the Land Report”, Paragraph 3.5. The data were selected in accordance with the conditions listed in Paragraph 5 of the Annex to the Regulation, taking into account the annotation of the draft Cabinet Regulation. Data broken down by lower level units of administrative areas: a city, county city, county city, municipality, municipality or county (if the municipality is not divided into parishes). The total area shall be determined from the areas of use of the relevant units of land. When determining the number of properties, if there are units of land in the same property with both the purpose of agricultural land use and the purpose of the use of forestry land, then this property shall be added to the target group for which the total area of the property is greater. If the total area of agricultural incapacity land and forestry land is the same, the property shall be added to the target group for agricultural use. If the land units of the property are located in different administrative territories, then the property shall be allocated to the territory in which the total area of the land unit(s) is the largest. When selecting data according to Paragraphs 5.5.1 and 5.6.1 of the Regulation, cases are taken when real estate consists of only one unit of land, which also corresponds to the target group of use.
