Dataset description
Deposits of national importance are deposits specified in Cabinet Regulation No. 321 which are located in the territory of Latvia or in the exclusive economic zone and the stocks of which are provided by the State or several regions thereof for the needs of the relevant mineral. Field contours are available in *.shp format at the Latvian Environment, Geology and Meteorology Centre upon request. The co-ordinates of the Mining Border Points in the vortal legislation of the Latvian ambassador are available to the public: www.likumi.lv
