After verifying the formal requirements of a complaint addressed to the Authority, the Board of Directors shall request the Director to investigate the case. If ALIA finds under the procedure that the service has breached the provisions applicable to it in respect of content or advertising in a “manifest, serious and serious” manner (Article 35e of the amended Electronic Media Act), it may impose a disciplinary penalty.
