Archiving: sorting table of the Ministry of Culture drawn up within the framework of the Law of 17 August 2018 on archiving

Sorting board communicability According to the law of 17 August 2018 on archiving, the sorting table is accessible to the public unless the producer falls within the scope of the exceptions specified by law, namely: Article 2. (7): Exception is made for sorting tables referring to documents relating to national defence, the security of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg or the security of foreign States or international or supranational organisations with which Luxembourg pursues common objectives on the basis of agreements or conventions.
