Dataset description
The cadastre and topography administration uses the so-called cadastral communes to identify its plots.
A parcel number (composed of a main and an additional number) is unambiguous within a section of a cadastral commune.
The cadastral municipality identifier consists of the first 3 characters of the parcel identifier.
The section identifier composes the character of the parcellar identifier
