Digitised cadastral plan (CCP)

The cadastral plan managed by ACT is the only document representing the parcels and covering the entire territory of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. Because of its nature, it represents a rule of law and does not necessarily correspond to the state of fact or reality on the ground. The digitised cadastral plan is a heterogeneous document that originates in the historical plans of 1824 and has since been constantly updated on the basis of identified parcellar modifications. It therefore incorporates both old and digitised parts, of a precision not exceeding that of origin (scale 1:2500), as well as parts improved by recent and more precise official measurements. The correct interpretation of these data therefore requires careful attention and in-depth knowledge. The re-user is therefore solely responsible for the exploitation and any interpretation of this data made available.
