The general development plan (“GAP”) consists of a graphic and written part.
In general, the data is made available as a “ZIP” file.
The graphical part of the PAG is provided in the “GML” format in accordance with the provisions of the Ministerial Regulation of 1 July 2016. The graphical part consists of different areas as defined by the Grand-Ducal Regulation of 28 July 2011 concerning the content of the general development plan of a municipality.
The written part of the PAG is provided in “DOCX” format.
The master plans covering all areas subject to the development of a special development plan “new district” are also made available as are the special development plans (PAPs) maintained in force. These documents are provided in “PDF” format.
On the website https://pag-upload.mi.public.lu, you will find more information about the “GML” structure as well as a plugin tool developed for the “QGIS” program to download, view (according to the standard legend) and edit the graphical part of the PAG.
