The house prices presented here are taken from real estate advertisements published in the daily and specialised press and on the real estate portal [IMMOTOP.LU] (http://www.immotop.lu/). These are in no way the selling prices actually paid by the purchasers, but the prices charged by the seller at the time of the sale of the goods, prior to any negotiation.
The Housing Observatory of the Ministry of Housing updates every six months statistics on the announced prices of apartments and houses per municipality, based on the property announcements published during the previous twelve months.
