The Commission’s mission is to advise the Minister on the assessment of applications for the [Transitional Scheme for Support of Online Journalism](http://legilux.public.lu/eli/etat/leg/rgc/2019/05/03/a303/jo).
The Minister shall, on the advice of the Commission, decide on the action to be taken on applications.
The Commission is composed of 6 members, including:
— A member representing the Media and Communications Service, who assumes the chairmanship;
— A representative designated by the Minister of Finance;
— A member representing the Government Information and Press Service;
— A member representing the academic community designated by the University of Luxembourg;
— A member representing the professional journalists’ group appointed by the Press Council;
— A member representing the publishers’ group appointed by the Press Council.
The secretariat is provided by the Media and Communications Service.

All important information such as time of last update, license and other information are in response of each API call.
In case of major update that would not be compatible with previous version of API, we keep for 30 days both versions so you will have enough time to transfer to new version. We will inform you about the changes in advance by e-mail.
