Licensing regulation of entrepreneurial activity

The Law on Regulation by Licensing of Entrepreneurial Activity No 451-XV of 30.07.2001 determines the legal, organisational and economic framework for regulating by licensing the entrepreneurial activity. Licensing — all the procedures for regulating the entrepreneurial activity related to the issue, extension, re-evaluation, suspension, resumption and withdrawal of licenses, issuing copies and duplicates thereof, keeping licensing files and license registers, control over the compliance of license holders with licensing conditions, adoption of prescriptions regarding the liquidation of infringements related to licensing conditions;
