Results of the implementation of the pilot programme for attracting remittances to the economy “PARE 1+ 1”

The pilot programme for attracting remittances into the economy “PARE 1+ 1” for the years 2010-2012 was approved by Government Decision No 972 of 18.10.2010. The pilot programme is intended for migrant workers from the Republic of Moldova and their first-degree relatives, who want to start a business in rural areas, and who can receive financial support in the form of a grant from the Government, which will be awarded on the basis of the “Rule 1+ 1”, i.e. each lion invested from remittances will be replaced by a leu from the Pilot Programme. The maximum amount of the grant will not exceed 200,000 lei. The implementation period of the Programme will include a period of 24 months. The pilot programme is carried out in 4 strands: I. Information and communication; I-I. Training and entrepreneurial support; III. Business Financing/Rule 1+ 1; IV. Post-financing monitoring and evaluation.
