This table contains data on absenteeism of workers aged 15 to 65 years broken down by origin, educational level and long-term conditions. This includes workers who are employed but do not provide work due to illness, maternity leave or other temporary career breaks. Furthermore, the table also provides information on the last case of absenteeism of employees who have failed at least once in the last 12 months.

Rounding differences have occurred for several years and breakdowns for the variable “Average absenteeism frequency”. This is corrected in this table.
When are new figures coming?
No longer applicable. The table has been discontinued because there is a new age demarcation (15-75 years) and design changes have taken place.
