This table provides insight into the absenteeism rate of employees employed by private companies and the government in the Netherlands and who are resident in the Netherlands. This absenteeism rate is based on a survey among employees that collects information on the number of sick days of the people surveyed in the past year.
The absenteeism rate according to employees shall be broken down according to the following characteristics:
— working conditions, such as work pace and unfavourable working attitude;
— victimisation, such as, for example, workers dealing with intimidation;
— burn-out complaints.

The figures in this table are final.
