Dataset description

In these areas, the installation of wind turbines is not permitted under legal constraints and the province will not participate in spatial planning for this purpose. Wind turbines excluded due to legal restrictions apply to low-flight routes, airports and surrounding areas and aerial parks. The update plan was adopted by the Provincial States on 19 December 2018.
