Animal manure; manure and minerals by farm type, 1990-2013

The table contains figures on manure production and the quantity of nitrogen and phosphate excreted. The production of both minerals is shown in classes (kg per hectare) with the distribution of agricultural holdings among these classes. The table then compares manure production with the installation space according to the applicable standards of use. As background data, the table also contains the number of farms and the area fertilised agricultural land. In the table, the data can be viewed for different types of companies (standard Business Typing) and the total for the Netherlands can be broken down by parts of the country, provinces and concentration areas. Data available from: 1990. Status of the figures: — figures until 2012 are final; figures for 2013 are provisional. As this table has been discontinued, the data will no longer be definitive.
