Application of biological control in greenhouse horticulture ‘95-’12

The table contains figures on the use of biological control methods in greenhouse horticulture. In addition to the number of farms applying biological control and the corresponding areas, this table also provides information on the quantities of organic pesticides, per type of pesticide and per type of crop to which the control is applied. Micro-organic pesticides (bacterial preparations) are not included in this table because they are included in the chemical pesticides. Data on other non-chemical methods such as mechanical control and chemical control methods can be found in four other tables (see paragraph 3. Links to relevant tables and articles). Data available from 1995 to 2012. Status of the figures: All figures are final. Changes as of 26 July 2018: None, this table has been discontinued. When are new figures coming? No longer applicable.
