Dataset description

The archaeological monuments used by the National Agency for Antiquity Soil Research (ROB). The Archaeological Monuments Map (AMK) contains an overview of important archaeological sites in the Netherlands. The sites have been assessed on different criteria and on this basis the sites are classified into categories of archaeological value, high archaeological value and very high archaeological value (including the protected monuments).
