In the publication Gebieden in the Netherlands 2002 a relationship is established between the municipal division (lowest administrative level) on 1 January 2002 and various subdivisions of the Dutch territory upper-community level. These subheadings are for convenience in addition to area classifications also counted the divisions of municipalities by size (residential number) and urbanity. Reporting period 2002 Frequency: discontinued; each year a new table with the most recent place names format is compiled
