Dataset description

This file contains the areas with safety standards regional flood defences (T1000 — height barrier, stability barrier at least T100) as established in the Environment Regulation of the Province of Groningen 2016. In this Environment Regulation, we have included rules on the safety standards of regional flood defences. In case the regional water system cannot store rainwater in the case of abundant rainfall, we must have areas behind the hand for water storage.
