Asylum applications; nationality, gender and age 2007-2016

This table contains data on the number of asylum applications submitted per month, quarter and year, according to the nationality, sex and age class (up to 18 years and 18 years and older) of the asylum seeker. In addition to the total number of requests, the first requests are also included. Because these figures are also published in the Asylum Requests and Refugees table; nationality, gender and age have ceased this table as of 29 March 2016. Data available from 2007 to January 2016. Status of the figures: At the end of the calendar year, all figures for that year shall be replaced by final figures. The figures presented refer to asylum seekers who have been formally identified and registered. As this table has been discontinued, the provisional data are no longer definitive. Changes as of 29 March 2016: None, this table has been discontinued. When are new figures coming? No longer applicable.
