The Land Registry is the holder of the Basic Registration Topography (BRT). The GRT consists of digital topographic files at different scales.
Reuse:
The topographical data is made available under a CC-BY license on the creativecommons.org website.
This means that:
— you may copy, distribute and transmit data
— you may make derived products
— use for commercial purposes is permitted
— in the event of re-use or distribution, the name of the register must be indicated: ‘CC-by Kadaster’ followed by the year of publication
— the Land Registry retains its intellectual property rights (such as the database right)
You should also bear in mind that only data provided directly by the Land Registry are authentic data according to the Land Registry Act.
