Biomass — Fuel oil and fats 2019

This map provides an insight into the amount of edible oil and fats in kton/year that is released as waste stream at companies in the province of South Holland at municipal level. The category of edible oil and fats includes, for example, spent frying fat, fatty acid waste and well fat. When companies produce residual flows, these companies are obliged to provide quality and to report quantity to the National Waste Reporting Point (LMA). “Food oil and fats” is a residual steam of the food and beverage industry, also known as a VGI residual flow.
