This table presents a number of social factors relevant to a country’s business environment for a number of countries. It is important for the activity in a country how the attitude of the inhabitants is towards work. Whether they prefer part-time work or are inclined to change jobs quickly. Political choices influence the room for manoeuvre that entrepreneurs have and the incentives for people to go to work or not (expressed here in terms of benefits and minimum wage). This table provides information on job mobility and part-time employment, benefits and minimum wage for a number of countries.
