Dataset description

This table contains figures on the causes of death of deceased residents of the Netherlands. The figures are broken down by month and year from death to a limited number of causes of death. The figures are based on at least 95 % of the total population. Data available from January 1995 to December 2012 Status of the figures: The data is final. Changes as of 12 December 2014: None, this table has been discontinued and is followed by the deceased table; cause of death, quarter and year of death (see paragraph 3). When are new figures coming? No longer applicable.
