Children to the presence of parents; age, migration background

This table contains information on the household composition on 1 January of children up to and including 15 years, according to various characteristics in the Netherlands. The table provides data on the presence of legal parents in the household of children aged 0 to 15. In addition, the table contains data on characteristics of the children, such as gender, country and Dutch background or a migration background. Data available: since 1996. Status of the figures: All figures in the table are final. Changes as of 22 June 2018: The terms autochtoon and immigrant have been revised. Instead, CBS is now talking about people with a Dutch background or a migration background. Therefore, the names have been adapted in this table. The underlying encodings of the classifications used in this table have been adjusted. These are now in line with the standard coding established by CBS. The structure and data of the table have not been modified. When are new figures coming? New figures are planned for the third quarter of 2023.
