Dataset description

Civil law regulates rights between persons to each other. These may include natural or legal persons. In the event of a conflict, the rights in the civil courts to be enforced through a lawsuit, in which the one who is harmed feels, determines whether the case is brought to court. The bourgeois law is governed by the Civil Code, the Commercial Code and the Code of Civil Procedure. Outside of these codes, there are related laws that are included in civil law, such as Bankruptcy law. Data are available for the years 1997-2000. From the reporting year 2001, statistics will continue in modified form.
