Dataset description

This publication contains monthly figures of the temperature, the sunshine and the precipitation. The temperature and sunshine data are given for the 5 main stations en. De Kooy (gem. Den Helder), Eelde, De Bilt, Vlissingen and Maastricht. N.B. For the data mentioned at Maastricht, it shall be up to and with the year 1993 come from the station Beek(L). So... From 1994: Data from Maastricht Until 1993: Details of Beek(L) Precipitation data are given for a number of districts, namely: District 1 = Wadden Islands District 3 = Groningen/Drenthe (part) District 8 = Utrecht/Gelderland (part) District 11 = Zeeland District 15 = South Limburg In this publication, for the sake of clarity, the data of district 1 listed at De Kooy, District 3 near Eelde, District 8 near De Bilt, district 11 near Vlissingen and district 15 near Maastricht. Data available from 1931/1960 to February 2000.
