This table provides information on the evolution of sales growth and decreases. The trend is shown as the percentage of companies that have increased, decreased or remained the same in turnover over the same period one year earlier. For companies with fewer than 50 persons employed, the data are based on register information from the Tax Administration. For companies with 50 or more persons employed, the data are based on integral observation by the CBS. The figures are divided into branches according to the 2008 Standard Business Classification (SBI) and by size classes of the number of persons employed. This table is published here for the programme ‘SMEs and Entrepreneurship’. Data available from: 2012 Status of the figures: The figures for the four most recent quarters are provisional, the remaining final. Changes as of 28 February 2022: The figures for Q4 2021 have been added and figures from two previous quarters may have been adjusted. When will there be new figures? New results are published approximately 60 calendar days after the end of the reporting period (quarter). After publication of final results, the CBS adapts the results only if major adjustments and/or corrections are necessary.
