Dataset description

SZW has examined the extent to which the increased attention of social partners to compliance and enforcement can be found in recently concluded agreements and collective agreements in principle. To this end, all 167 industry collective agreements from the market and care sectors have been examined (date of 1 November 2014; more than 4.4 million employees). Since CAO research is about interpretation of collective agreements, this file is therefore a reflection of the interpretation of SZW.
